Biodegradable Products, Tableware, Recyclable, Disposable, Eco-Friendly Plastics, Carry Bags, Bioplastics, Compostable, Biodegradable Packaging for Food Products, Bio-based Polymers, Cutlery, Bio-nanocomposites using Maize, Corn, Sugarcane Bagasse

Various kinds of biodegradable products. This shall include: Tableware, Recyclable, Disposable and Ecofriendly Plastics, Carry Bags, Bioplastics, Compostable Biodegradable Packaging for Food Products, Bio-based Polymers, Cutlery, Bio-nanocomposites using maize-corn, sugarcane-bagasse and much more. These are individually discussed below:

    1. Tableware: This range of biodegradable products include plates, cups, bowls, trays, cutlery and other products. This range is made from plant biomass which are 100% biodegaradable. This range is known to get converted into soil in a time period of just 90 days. There are many suppliers of compostable tableware which can sustain high temperatures. These can be safely frozen and are used for microwave heating purposes as well.

    2. Recyclable Disposable and Ecofriendly Plastics: These plastics recover scrap of waste plastics and completely reprocess the products that are useful in any form. The undertaken recycling products can absolutely reduce the dependence on landfill, assist in conservation of resources and are used in protecting the environment from greenhouse gas emissions as well as plastic pollution.

    3. Carry Bags: These kinds of bags are manufactured from a polymer which is absolutely normal or polypropylene – which is an additive causing degradation as well as biodegradation of polymer due to oxidation. When these biodegradable bags are placed in microbe-rich environment, these can take anywhere from about few months to few years to completely break down itself. These are much better than the traditional plastic bags.

    4. Bioplastics: These are plastic minerals that are manufactured from various kinds of biomass sources such as corn starch, fats and oils, straw, wood chips, recycled food waste, saw dust and many more environmentally eco-friendly products. Bioplastics can be compostable and biobased and they are known to contain fossil materials. Majority of the bioplastics are known to biodegrade in marine environments. These are known to significantly produce fewer greenhouse gas emissions in comparison to the traditional bioplastics used in normal case.

    5. Compostable Biodegradable Packaging for Food Products These include cellulose nanofiber, chitosan, starch, corn starch, blueberry and others. The biodegradable packaging is known to be produced from biopolymers which are actually molecules which are often found in various organisms such as proteins and cellulose. This means that they can degrade instantly and can be consumed easily.

    6. Bio-based Polymers: These are defined as materials for which atleast a portion of polymer consists of renewable forms of raw materials. These polymers are known to be produced from sugarcane and corn. These polymers are known to have monomeric units that are bonded in a covalent manner to give rise to larger molecules. The three kinds of biopolymers include polysaccharides, polynucleotides as well as polypeptides.

    7. Cutlery: The biodegradable cutlery is known to be made of plant based bio-plastics in place of raw material such as petroleum. This kind of cutlery is much better than traditional plastic counterparts since the raw material used is sustainable as well as renewable.

    8. Bio-nanocomposites: These shall include maize-corn, sugarcane – bagasse and much more. These are also termed as green materials which are sustainable for future use. These are novel type of materials with particles of few nanometers.

Thus, we have herewith successfully been able to cover the majority of the biogdegradable products that are being used in modern times.
Biopolymers are a inexhaustible plastic material produced from biomass such as corn, wheat, sugar cane and also potatoes. In fact most biopolymer products are not purely petroleum free, they are biodegradable and compostable. As soon as the biopolymer is placed in a compost environment, they are ..
