  • Setting up 17 ethanol production plants to produce fuel of 35.2 crore liters every year. These units will employ maize, molasses, sugarcane, and rice to produce ethanol and supply for blending into petrol to the oil marketing companies.
  • Rs. 30,000 crore investment and production units are expected to increase, confirmed the state minister. Groundwater is required in plenty, and it is made available and offers an additional edge in producing ethanol in the field.
  • The state government has given a facelift to the state by investing in infrastructure, reducing corruption and crime, focusing on education, and offering better health care facilities.
