      VACUUM FLASK MANUFACTURING PLANT

      [EIRI/EDPR/4664] J.C.: 2881XL

Vacuum flask, if simply put, that is the bottle to be able to keep insulation. Usually it is a water container is made of ceramic or stainless steel and the vacuum layer. In the top of the vacuum thermos, there is a lid and it is tightly sealed, and the vacuum heat-insulating layer can make the liquid inside the bottle delay cooling, in order to achieve the thermal insulation purpose. The Development History of Vacuum Travel Mug Thermos flask is evolved from the thermos cup, and the insulation principle is just like the vacuum thermos. People make the cup into bottle is just for the convenient use in daily life, such as the vacuum travel mug is very convenient for travelling use outside, no matter how long the distance is, as long as you filled the vacuum flask with hot water, you can drink hot water during the journey any time and everywhere.

The thermal spread has three ways: radiation, convection, and transformation. The silver thermos inner the bottle can reflect radiation of the hot water, the inners and bottle vacuum can block the transfer of heat, and the heat is not easy to pass the bottle to prevent thermal convection. The thermos flask today also applies the principle of magnetized water, and that is adding magnet to the bottom of the bottle and cap, so that the water is magnetized.
