The economic liberation and high growth rate of economy has put a positive impact on the food and agriculture market in the country. Over the last few years, the annual output of the food market in India has been around $155 billion which is expected to reach around $344 billion by the year 2025. The annual rate of growth is expected to be around 4.1 %.</p> <p> The market share of the Indian snacks is around US$ 3 billion with a growth rate of around 15-20 %. The unorganized snacks market is worth around US$ 1.56 billion with a 7-8 % growth rate. Today, there are around 1,000 types of snacks that are available in the market.
