To start with, as per the client’s order, the raw material for paper is selected. This means that the paper of the right color, texture and size is selected. If at all any kind of printing is required on the bag, it is done at this primary stage. 
       
      After the raw materials for paper bag manufacturing are assembled, ‘Paper Sheering’ is undertaken. This means that the prepped sheets of paper are arranged one on top of the other and are cut as per the sizes needed by the client. This stage decides the shape and design of the paper bag. 
       
      The sheering stage is followed by the ‘Eyelet Punching’ stage which decides on how the handles of the paper bag shall be fixed. If rope handles are needed, then the eyelets need to be attached. This stage is then followed on by the ‘Paper Creasing’ stage so that further folding and sticking of the various parts of the bag can be done. This stage ensures uniformity of the folding and sticking procedures across the bag. 
       
      At times, the customer needs paper bags that are strong and sturdy. This requires paper sheets to be stuck together to make the bag thicker and string. This stage is often referred to as the ‘Hard Pressing’ stage wherein glue is applied between the layers and they are machine pressed together so as to ensure durable sticking. 
       
      This step is then followed on by the final stage of the manufacturing process of the paper bag. This stage refers to the ‘Folding, Sticking ad Finishing’ processes. Herewith, all the parts f bags such as the side flaps and the front / back sleeves are placed together and stuck well with the best of finishing touches one. The rope handles are added as required marking the end of the manufacturing process. To make a perfect paper bag, it is important that these steps must be conducted and completed with perfection. 
       
      There are various problems that are associated with the manufacturing of paper bag. At times, there is shortage of raw material on a day to day basis. The machine breakdown is another problem that a technician might face while manufacturing the paper bag. If the machine is complicate, the paper bag manufacturing orders might get queued up and the delivery might get delayed. Also, it is highly recommended that the carry bag printing design should be in the vector file format. This is because during the printing procedures, there might be a need to increase or decrease the size of the design.
