    Chillies viz. Red Chilli Powder, Modern Chily Powder, Chilly Oil, Chilli Sauce, Tomato Chillies, Green Chilli, Drying of Red Chillies, Spice (Chilli) Oleoresin

    Chillies are extensively used across the globe and many products are manufactured from it. We shall briefly overview few of the products made from chillies. 
      
    1. RED CHILLI POWDER
    This product of chillies can set the taste buds absolutely on fire. It is actually a blend  of two types of dried red chillies that are pulverized and ground well into fine powder. This product of chillies is known to add spice to foods that otherwise seem very bland. This product is known to maintain blood sugar. It’s high content of potassium is known to soothen blood pressure and also in regulation of blood pressure. It is a rich source of vitamin C and supports the immune system for combating various kinds of chronic diseases. 

    2. CHILLY OIL
    This product is great to marinate pork, chiken and shrimp. Most cooks are known to brush the meat lightly with this oil and then use salt and pepper. This allows the meat to grill well and pick up different kinds of flavours. It is recommended that a little bit of chilli oil is used over cooked fish or meat as a kind of a delicious sauce. 

    3. CHILLY SAUCE
    This product is manufactured using chopped chillies, sugar, vinegar, salt and peppers. It is cooked and thickened well. Other ingredients may include various spices, corn syrup, food stuffs, water, garlic and different kinds of seasonings. There are various substitutes available to chilli sauce such as spicy ketchup, spicy tomato sauce, regular hot sauce, chilli garlic paste, sriracha sauce, and few more. 

    4. TOMATO CHILLIES
    It is easy to make tomato chillies by blending chopped tomatoes and use chopped garlic in it. This is then poured in a saucepan and mixed well with salt, sugar, ground paprika, vinegar and chilli pepper. It is easy to make tomato chillies sauce and use it for the best of recepies. This product is extensively used all across the globe and is also used by many cooks in the hotel and restaurant industry. 

    5. GREEN CHILLI
    The use of green chillies is healthy for heart. It has a considerable amount of beta carotene and maintains appropriate functioning of the cardiovascular system of the body. It also assists in boosting immunity levels. It is also known to aid in weight loss. Green chillies are known to burn calories and speed up the metabolism of the body. 

    6. DRYING OF RED CHILLIES
    It needs to be well noted that – conventionally, red chillies are harvested from the plants and are dried in open yards for as long as 2-3 weeks. This method is unhygienic and time consuming at the same time. Red chillies are dried in an oven at home on a low temperature. Red chillies are placed on a tray and are placed in oven to dry. These are then used for various cooking purposes once the peppers have well dried. 

    7. SPICE (CHILLI)OLEORESIN
    This chilli product is a kind of semi-solid, liquid or a solid residue which is obtained by extraction from natural spices. The main components of this product includes pungent constituents, natural antioxidants, pigments, fixed oils and essential oils.
