      The RO membrane cartridges are composed of high quality polyethersulfone (ES) / nylon 66 membrane layers with advanced pleated technology. These membrane cartridges are known to offer high filter surface area an exceptional contaminant capacity. The RO membrane cartridges are optimized for sterile filtration, pre-filtration as well purification applications wherein low protein binding and absolute bacteria retention is required in dry as well as wet conditions. 
       
      The RO membrane systems the best of filter cartridges that can withstand mechanical as well as thermal stress. The outer and inner cores as well as end caps are constructed with 100% pure polypropylene (PP) for excellent chemical resistance as well as increased durability. 
       
      The RO membrane cartridges are known to have the best of features. Their efficiency rating is upto 99.98%. These cartridges are known to be manufactured with FDA-listed materials for food and beverage. These cartridges need polypropylene core as well as outer support cage for increased durability.       As mentioned prior, the RO membrane cartridges are known to remove 90-99% of contaminants such as TDSs in the water supply. These membranes are known to manufacture flat sheet of thin composite membranes which consist of active polyamide layer having high permeability as well as particulate matter. 
       
      The RO membrane is widely used as a barrier for contaminants of emerging concerns and pathogens in water reuse. This membrane is a means of more cost-effective separation methods. The RO membrane cartridges are known to be sensitive to changes in PH, small concentrations of oxidized substances (such as chlorine / chlorine oxides), organic materials as well as the presence of algae and bacteria.
