Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) are lightweight composite materials consisting of two pre-finished aluminium cover sheets heat-bonded to a polyethylene plastic core. Available in various thicknesses, ACPs can be curved and bent to form corners and are widely used for exterior covering of commercial buildings and corporate houses. They enhance architectural aesthetics while offering resistance to acid, alkali, salt spray, pollution, weather exposure, and temperature variations, along with thermal and sound insulation.
ACP panels are manufactured by continuously bonding thin aluminium sheets to a polyethylene core, creating a durable composite structure in which the layers are permanently bonded. Key features include a smooth and glossy surface, good rigidity, scratch resistance, self-cleaning characteristics, easy maintenance, and a wide range of colours and finishes. PE Aluminium Composite Panels offer lightweight construction, high strength, flatness, printability, chemical resistance, and good colour and gloss retention.
Mirror Finish Aluminium Composite Panels are particularly suited to interior decoration applications such as ceilings, kitchens, electrical appliances, and furniture. ACP products can also be supplied as part of turnkey elevation projects covering design, fabrication, and installation.
